Description
11 x 14 oil on stretched canvas of a very sweet-faced Jersey Calf seen on the side of the road on rural farmland of Albion/Springfield, Pennsylvania. She was the only one of the herd this color with the pretty white face. She was friendly and came right up to greet me. She is in tones of burnt sienna, golden reds, light browns, and white. She is munching on some hay and there is a portion of a hay bale showing on the ground next to her in light yellow. The meadow is all turquoise and shades of bright yellow greens, which compliments her markings. She is framed in a beautifully soft-toned real wooden 2 inch wide frame, to compliment any decor.
